A single-event ticket covers a specific occasion
A club-night or daytime-event ticket normally relates to a named event and date. Check the venue, entry time and any restrictions stated by the organiser. Do not assume an evening ticket also covers a separate daytime programme, or that re-entry is permitted.
If your trip centres on one night, this can be the first product to investigate. Availability varies by event: some festivals sell full passes without offering individual day tickets. Ask for the exact product that matches the occasion you want to attend.
A festival pass follows the organiser’s programme
A multi-day pass can cover a series of events, but the list of inclusions is specific to that festival. Check the start and end dates, participating venues and whether extra activities require separate tickets. Entry conditions may also include venue-capacity limits.
Dropzone’s published FAQ, for example, distinguishes its main festival access from separately ticketed boat parties and its welcome party. This is a useful reminder to read the programme detail rather than treating a festival wristband as access to every advertised experience.
VIP access and a reserved table are different products
A VIP ticket may give access to designated areas or other stated benefits. A table booking concerns a particular space, date and group, with its own terms. Neither description should be taken to imply the other unless the written offer says so.
Before requesting a table, provide the club, event, day or night session, group size and spending range. Ask whether entry is included for every guest, whether there is a minimum spend, and how the reservation is confirmed. Get the total terms before dividing the cost between friends.
Read a package as an itemised offer
A package may combine accommodation with event access and optional services. Compare the number of accommodation nights with the festival dates; they are not automatically identical. Confirm the property, room configuration, occupancy and which ticket category is included.
Check airport transfers, local shuttles, boat events and VIP options individually. An attractive headline price is difficult to compare if one quote includes these elements and another does not. Request a written breakdown showing the total, the payment schedule and the applicable booking terms.
Keep a small booking record
For every purchase, save the seller’s name, confirmation, exact product and customer-support contact. Note how and when tickets or wristbands are issued, whether names must match identification and what the stated change or cancellation conditions are.
ZrceWeek enquiries are a way to discuss options. An enquiry or saved plan does not reserve a ticket, table or room. Treat a booking as confirmed only when the responsible seller provides confirmation for the exact product you agreed to.

Questions, answered.
Is a VIP festival pass the same as a VIP table?
Do not assume so. A pass lists access benefits; a table requires its own confirmed reservation and conditions. Ask whether the offer combines both.
Are boat parties included in a festival pass?
This depends on the organiser and ticket category. Check the named boat event and departure separately. Some festivals sell boat-party tickets as extras.
